The overarching goal for vaxPACES is to improve patient health status through the translation of vaccination evidence-based guidelines into practice.
The National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) invites you to participate in this vaccination Performance Assessment and Continuing Education System (vaxPACES) program. The vaxPACES data-driven quality improvement program design will provide you with continuous population health assessments and educational interventions to easily track and support your patient panels.
The NCQA will offer eligible participants up to 20 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ for Continuing Medical Education and up to 20 Specialty Board Maintenance of Certification Practice Assessment Points upon completion of the activities, as well.
